1. General Terms

  • www.smp.mn is the official website of Steppe Metal Powder LLC (“the Company”). These terms govern the relationship related to providing the User with information about the Company and its products and services, and matters related to purchases.
  • These terms take effect once the User accepts and confirms them before receiving services or making a purchase.
  • The User is obligated to fully familiarize themselves with these Terms of Service.
  • The logo, name, and other elements posted on the website are the property of the Company. Copying, duplicating, imitating, or otherwise using the website's name, logo, or other design elements is prohibited.

2. Website Operations

  • Through the smp.mn website, the Company provides the User with introductions to the Company and its services, as well as pricing information. The website is open to Users and provides access to information.
  • The Company is responsible for the accuracy of product, service, and pricing information.
  • Through the smp.mn website, the Company offers the following products and services to Users:
    • Sale of metal powder;
    • Professional laboratory testing services;

3. User Information

  • The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided in the order form.
  • The Company is responsible for the confidentiality of the User's personal information on the website, and such matters shall be governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Placing and Confirming Orders

  • The User may submit requests for service and pricing information through the Order Form on the website, the Chatbot, or by calling 75079900.
  • The User shall accurately fill in the Order Form with their parent's name, full name, phone number, email address, the type of service requested, and other required information, and submit the order request.
  • The Company will receive the User's order request, confirm the order, and provide information by the relevant phone number.
  • The User's right to receive the service arises upon completion of pricing and payment.

5. Payment

  • Prices provided by the Company include VAT.
  • When purchasing products or services from smp.mn, the order is confirmed after the indicated payment is 100% completed.
  • smp.mn shall not be liable for payment issues caused by internet or electrical outages, bank operations, or User-caused errors.

6. Receiving and Resolving User Feedback and Complaints

  • The User has the right to submit feedback or complaints regarding the service and the website.
  • The User may submit feedback or complaints by calling 75079900 or by emailing info@smp.mn.
  • Feedback and complaints submitted by Users will be reviewed and resolved on that basis, and a response will be provided.
  • Feedback and complaints submitted by Users shall be resolved in accordance with these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable laws of Mongolia.

7. Other

  • The Company has the right to amend these Terms of Service, and any amendments shall be published openly on the smp.mn website each time. The User is obligated to familiarize themselves with the Terms of Service.
  • If the “Terms of Service” that were in effect at the time the User began receiving services are amended during the service provision stage, the previous Terms of Service shall apply until the service is fully provided.
